📦 Shipping Policy

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (excluding holidays), from our cozy Portland, Oregon home office. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order goes out.

Processing time: 1–5 business days (usually 2 days)
Domestic shipping: USPS First Class or Priority Mail
International shipping: Currently limited. EU shipping is paused — please check our FAQ for updates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help if you contact us!
