The instant I saw my first set of rainbow dice, my brain nearly exploded with possibilities. That was back in 2018, and I soon discovered that I could create my own dice. I ordered molds and UV resin, then began harvesting flowers from my little planter garden outside my apartment. My first few dice sets were infused with dried roses, poppy pods, peacock feathers, and moss. My imagination ran wild, and I was instantly hooked!
Shortly after, I opened my dice shop, combining retail with handcrafted creations. Once I saved enough funds, I had my very first dice designs manufactured. Since then, I’ve been pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of dice.
Today, Fennek and Finch features over 900 unique dice sets and is approaching its fourth anniversary. As a one-person operation, it’s been a challenge to juggle everything, but it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come in such a short time!
I once dreamed of stocking every set of dice ever made to offer the largest selection possible. Now, my focus has shifted to my own designs, along with a few carefully selected sets by other creators that truly inspire me. While I’m never short on ideas, finding the funds to bring those dreams to life, along with the space to house so many beautiful dice, has been a real challenge. I currently operate from home, but I dream of opening a storefront one day!
